One Side-Swipe Cost Us $8,000. Here's the Fleet Upgrade That Paid for Itself

The call came on a Tuesday morning in March. One of our delivery vans got side-swiped in a loading bay. No witnesses. The other driver claimed we backed into his truck. Our driver said the opposite.

Without video footage, the insurance company did what they always do: split the difference. We ate the deductible, absorbed a premium increase, and spent six weeks dealing with claim paperwork.
